We often think of intuition as a quiet feeling...a nudge, a sense of knowing, or an inner voice that gently gets our attention. But intuition can also show up as enthusiasm.

Think about the moments when an idea suddenly energizes you. Maybe you feel excited about starting something new, meeting someone, exploring an opportunity, or simply imagining a different possibility for your life. There’s a sense of aliveness around it. Something in you leans toward it.

That feeling is worth noticing.

Enthusiasm can be one of the ways your inner wisdom guides you. It doesn’t necessarily mean every exciting idea is the right choice, but it can be an invitation to pause and ask, "Why does this light me up? What is this feeling trying to show me?"

Your intuition speaks in many different ways. Sometimes it gets your attention through enthusiasm, curiosity, or a feeling that says, "Yes, explore this.

The next time something genuinely excites you, instead of immediately dismissing it or talking yourself out of it, give yourself a moment to listen.

There may be more wisdom in that spark than you realize.
