We’re often taught to navigate life with our minds - logic, reasoning, and thinking things through. And while the mind is a powerful tool, sometimes the answers we really need don’t come from thinking...they come from feeling.
Try this simple heart-centered practice:
Close your eyes, place your hand over your heart, and ask yourself: “What would comfort me right now?” or “What could I do to feel just a little better?”
Then listen...gently, without forcing. Notice what ideas, sensations, or images come to you. Maybe it’s a walk outside, calling a friend, taking a nap, or simply breathing. Whatever it is, honor it.
Your heart is wise. It knows what you need - even when your mind doesn’t. This small check-in can bring peace, clarity, and a deeper connection to your intuition.
What did your heart say today?
