Dreams can feel mysterious. They may bring up people, places, emotions, or situations that seem to have little connection to our waking lives. And yet, every now and then, a dream stays with us. We wake up thinking about it, carrying a feeling we can’t quite shake.
Those are the moments worth noticing.
Our intuition doesn’t always speak to us in obvious ways. Sometimes it comes through a feeling, a sudden knowing, or a thought that keeps returning. Dreams can offer another doorway into that inner conversation, bringing something to the surface that we may have been too busy...or too distracted...to notice during the day.
If you’ve been feeling uncertain, stuck, or a little off track, pay attention to the dreams that linger. Rather than trying to immediately figure out what every detail means, notice how the dream made you feel. What stood out? What stayed with you after you woke?
You may discover that the dream isn’t giving you an answer as much as it is asking you to pay attention. Your inner wisdom has many ways of getting through. Sometimes, it speaks when you’re wide awake. And sometimes, it waits until you’re asleep.
